W pracy przedstawiono zastosowanie wkładów standardowych koronowo-korzeniowych w zębach po leczeniu endodontycznym, uwzględniające aktualne zasady stomatologii minimalnie inwazyjnej. Właściwy dobór wkładów pozwolił na ograniczenie zakresu preparacji zarówno zębiny w kanale, jak i tkanek w obrębie korony klinicznej. Odstąpiono również od usuwania spełniających swoje funkcje istniejących wypełnień na rzecz ich naprawy i korekty estetycznej.

The study describes the use of standard root canal posts in teeth after endodontic treatment, taking into account the current principles of minimally invasive dentistry. The appropriate choice of posts allows for the limitation of the area of preparation, both of the dentine inside the canal as well as in the region of the clinical crown. There is also avoidance to remove existing restorations that are functional, in favour of their repair and aesthetic correction.
