Leczenie braków zębowych metodą autotransplantacji jest stosunkowo mało rozpowszechnione wśród polskich stomatologów, a zwłaszcza jej przeprowadzanie sposobem dwuetapowym, dlatego badania kliniczne poświęcone tej metodzie wydają się szczególnie wartościowe. W pracy przedstawiono zagadnienia teoretyczne związane z tym sposobem postępowania, a także własne doświadczenia kliniczne w tej dziedzinie, oparte na wynikach badań własnych poświęconych jedno- i dwuetapowej autotransplantacji zębów mądrości.

Zamieszczona dokumentacja fotograficzna wybranego przypadku, pochodzącego ze zbiorów własnych, ilustruje tę rzadko praktykowaną taktykę zabiegową.
 

The treatment for missing teeth by the method of autotransplantation is relatively uncommon among Polish dentists, especially the two-stage process. It is for this reason that clinical studies concentrating on this method appear to be particularly valuable. The study describes theoretical aspects associated with this procedure together with personal clinical observations in this field, on the basis of the author’s own studies with the single- and two-stage autotransplantation of wisdom teeth. The attached photographic documentation of a selected case, taken from personal data, illustrates this rarely practiced procedural tactic.
