Torbiele zawiązkowe są najczęściej występującymi rozwojowymi torbielami zębopochodnymi u dzieci. Ich wzrost jest bezobjawowy, dlatego też często są rozpoznawane późno, gdy osiągną już znaczne rozmiary. Leczenie torbieli polega na jej całkowitym wyłuszczeniu wraz z usunięciem zęba objętego zmianą. Duże rozmiary torbieli, ryzyko poważnych powikłań oraz młody wiek pacjenta przemawiają za leczeniem mniej inwazyjnym, zachowawczym.  Celem pracy było przedstawienie trzech przypadków klinicznych torbieli zawiązkowych u dzieci oraz doświadczeń własnych w ich leczeniu.

Dentigerous cysts are the most frequently occurring developmental odontogenic cysts in children. Their growth is asymptomatic and therefore they are diagnosed late, when they have attained significant dimensions. The treatment of cysts consists of their enucleation together with removal of the tooth affected by the change. Large dimensions of the cyst, the risk of serious complications and the young age of the patient, incline to treatment that is less invasive and more conservative.  The aim of the study was to present three clinical cases of dentigerous cysts in children and the author’s own experiences in their treatment.
