Composite adhesive bridge as a method of choice for reconstruction of missing maxillary lateral incisor

Streszczenie
Mosty adhezyjne są uzupełnieniami stałymi kojarzonymi ze stomatologią minimalnie inwazyjną. Jednak wielu lekarzy uznaje je za prace o wątpliwym rokowaniu, wykorzystywane jedynie jako czasowe zabezpieczenie miejsca po utraconym zębie. W artykule przedstawiono przypadek kliniczny, w którym wykonano most adhezyjny metodą bezpośrednią, dzięki czemu na jednej wizycie odtworzono utracony ząb pacjentki z materiału kompozytowego. Uzupełnienia adhezyjne tego typu mogą stanowić alternatywę dla leczenia implantoprotetycznego, a w niektórych przypadkach klinicznych być wykorzystane jako metoda z wyboru.
 
Abstract
Adhesive bridges are fixed prostheses associated with minimal invasive dentistry. Many doctors consider this type of reconstruction to have uncertain prognosis, which can be used only as a temporary restoration of the missing tooth. This work is a case study which presents a direct adhesive bridge with a resin composite material, which made a restoration of a missing tooth during one session visit possible. This kind of adhesive restoration can be an alternative for implantoprosthetic treatment and in some cases can be used as a method of choice.
