Streszczenie
W często obserwowanych przypadkach pacjentów z krótkimi koronami klinicznymi zwykle zaleca się chirurgiczne lub ortodontyczne wydłużenie koron zębów. Poza długością koron klinicznych częstym problemem estetycznym, występującym u pacjentów, jest utrata objętości dziąsła po stronie przedsionkowej w obszarach braków zębowych. Jednym ze stosowanych rozwiązań jest zabieg chirurgiczny techniką płata rolowanego, stosowany głównie w strefie estetycznej w przypadku planowanego wszczepiania implantów. W niniejszym artykule opisano przypadek kliniczny, w którym zastosowano tę technikę, uzyskując pozytywny efekt w postaci poprawy estetyki uśmiechu.
