Where the endodontist cannot, the sealer will send – pressure technique in everyday endodontic practice

Streszczenie
Sukces leczenia endodontycznego zębów zależy przede wszystkim od chemo-mechanicznego opracowania kanałów i szczelnego wypełnienia ich światła na pełnej długości. Zdarza się, że lekarz nie jest w stanie dotrzeć narzędziem do okolicy otworu wierzchołkowego. Celem pracy jest zaprezentowanie przypadków klinicznych, w których nie uzyskano pełnej długości roboczej kanałów za pomocą narzędzi, a mimo to kanały korzeniowe zostały wypełnione do części wierzchołkowej dzięki zastosowaniu techniki ciśnieniowej.

Abstract
The success of endodontic treatment of teeth depends primarily on the chemo-mechanical preparation of the canals and tight fi lling of their lumen along their full length. It happens that the doctor is not able to reach the root tip mechanically. The aim of the study is to present clinical cases in which the full working length of the canals was not obtained with the use of tools, and yet the root canals were fi lled to the apical part thanks to the pressure technique.
