W pracy opisano porównawcze wyniki subiektywnej oceny leczenia metodą jedno- i dwuetapowej autotransplantacji zębów ósmych – dokonanej przez pacjentów za pomocą kwestionariusza. Pozwalają one poznać preferencje chorych co do taktyki postępowania w tych zabiegach. Subiektywna ocena leczenia dokonywana przez chorego wydaje się nabierać szczególnego znaczenia w sytuacji, kiedy obiektywne parametry kliniczne i radiologiczne nie wykazują istotnych różnic między obydwoma sposobami leczenia.
Niniejsze badanie stanowi integralną część pracy badawczej w całości poświęconej porównaniu skuteczności jedno- i dwuetapowej autotransplantacji zębów mądrości. 
 

The study describes comparative results of a subjective evaluation of treatment using single- and two-stage autotransplantation of wisdom teeth, carried out by patients with the help of a questionnaire. These make it possible to get acquainted with patient preferences as to the approach in these procedures. Subjective evaluation of treatment made by the patient appears to be of particular significance in the situation where objective clinical and radiological parameters do not show any significant differences between the two methods of treatment. This study is an integral part of studies completely devoted to the comparison of the effectiveness of single- and two-stage autotransplantation of wisdom teeth.
