Streszczenie
Celem pracy było przedstawienie leczenia dużej, zakażonej torbieli zawiązkowej u 11-letniej dziewczynki. Ze względu na znaczne rozmiary torbieli i młody wiek pacjentki zastosowano minimalnie inwazyjne postępowanie chirurgiczne. Leczenie trwające 1,5 roku doprowadziło do całkowitej regeneracji kości oraz pozwoliło na zachowanie i wprowadzenie do łuku zęba przyczynowego.
Summary
The aim of the study was to describe the treatment of a large, infected dentigerous cyst in an eleven year old girl. Due to the marked dimensions of the cyst and young age of the patient, use was made of a minimally invasive surgical procedure. Treatment lasting one and a half years resulted in complete regeneration of bone and allowed for the preservation and introduction into the arch of the offending tooth.
