Streszczenie
W pracy opisano przypadek 19-letniej pacjentki skierowanej do naszego zakładu przez prowadzącego lekarza stomatologa. U pacjentki występowały charakterystyczne objawy kliniczne – nasilone dolegliwości bólowe w obrębie jamy ustnej, martwica brodawek międzyzębowych, owrzodzenia pokryte żółtoszarymi błonami rzekomymi, foetor ex ore, krwawienia samoistne i objawy ogólne. Na podstawie zebranego wywiadu, który ujawnił obciążenie czynnikami ryzyka pacjentki oraz obrazu klinicznego rozpoznano ostre martwiczo-wrzodziejące zapalenie dziąseł (ANUG). Diagnozę potwierdziły zlecone badania oraz dobra odpowiedź na zastosowane leczenie.

Summary
The study describes a case of a 19-year-old female who was referred to our department by her dentist. The patient had characteristic clinical signs – episodes of pain in the region of the oral cavity, necrosis of interdental papillae, ulcers covered with yellowish-gray pseudomembrane, foetor ex ore, spontaneous bleeding and generalised symptoms. The patient history revealed risk factors in the patient and the clinical picture indicated ANUG. The diagnosis was confirmed by the laboratory tests and there was a good response to the treatment that was applied.
