Streszczenie
Periodontologiczna chirurgia regeneracyjna wykorzystuje różne strategie terapeutyczne.
Summary
Periodontal regenerative surgery uses various therapeutic strategies. Use of free epithelial-connective tissue grafts with the aim of augmenting gingiva is treated as the golden mean, however, with aim of covering gingival recession free subepithelial grafts should use connective tissue, commercial and/or ksenogenic materials from enamel matrix. The study describes schemes that decide for surgical treatment of defects in the soft tissues of the periodontium on the basis of the latest indications in this field and their visualisation with the authors’ own cases.
Key words: gingival recession, epithelial-connective tissue graft
