Streszczenie
Planowanie leczenia estetycznego to podstawowy aspekt procesu terapeutycznego. Wynik poprzedzającej wykonanie rekonstrukcji wnikliwej analizy klinicznej i laboratoryjnej ma ogromne znaczenie w uzyskaniu satysfakcjonującego efektu estetycznego, jak i funkcjonalnego.
Niniejsza publikacja przybliża kliniczne i laboratoryjne procedury analizy klinicznej, poprzedzające wykonanie rekonstrukcji, przeprowadzone w oparciu o diagnostyczne nawoskowanie (wax-up) oraz szczegółowo omawia wykonanie diagnostycznego mock-up, czyli elementu pozwalającego na przetestowanie w jamie ustnej pacjenta planowanego uzupełnienia protetycznego.
Abstract
Planning aesthetic treatment is a fundamental aspect of the therapeutic process. The result of careful clinical and laboratory analysis, preceding the reconstruction, is of great importance in obtaining a satisfactory effect both aesthetic and functional. This publication introduces the clinical and laboratory analysis procedures preceding the reconstruction performed, based on diagnostic waxing (wax-up) and discusses in detail the diagnostic mock-up, i.e. the element allowing testing in the oral cavity of the planned prosthetic restoration.
