Streszczenie
W artykule przedstawiono dwa przypadki kliniczne, w leczeniu których wykorzystano autogenną tkankę w przedimplantacyjnych procedurach augmentacyjnych. W pierwszym z nich wykorzystując wolny przeszczep dziąsłowy u czterdziestoośmioletniej pacjentki w okolicy brakującego dolnego zęba trzonowego odtworzono strefę dziąsła skeratynizowanego. W drugim przypadku u czterdziestodwuletniej pacjentki wykorzystując unaczyniony, śródwarstwowy płat okostnowo-łącznotkankowy zwiększono objętość tkanek miękkich w okolicy brakującego górnego kła.
Summary
The article presents autogenic tissue application in the pre-implantation augmentation procedures in two clinical cases. In the first case, in a forty-eight-year-old woman, lack of keratinized gingiva was restored using a free gingival graft. In the second case, in a forty-two-year-old female patient in the area of lost upper canine, soft tissue volume was increased using the vascularized interpositional periosteal-connective tissue flap.
