Surgical-periodontal treatment of retained second mandibular premolar tooth – function and aesthetics

Streszczenie
W artykule przedstawiono kompleksowe leczenie chirurgiczno-periodontologiczne na przykładzie postępowania z zatrzymanym zębem przedtrzonowym drugim w żuchwie – 45, który został usunięty operacyjnie. Recesja dziąsła przy zębie 46 będąca skutkiem interwencji chirurgicznej została pokryta z zastosowaniem nieznacznie zmodyfikowanej metody koperty nadokostnowej według Raetzkego.
Abstract
The article describes complex surgical-periodontal treatment using the example of procedure with a retained second mandibular premolar – 45, that was removed surgically. Gingival recession around tooth 46 as a result of the surgical intervention was covered using a very slightly modified envelope method according to Raetzke.
