Streszczenie
Przeszczepy autogennej tkanki łącznej są obecnie szeroko stosowane w periodontologiczno-implantologicznej chirurgii plastycznej. Najczęściej wykorzystywanym miejscem dawczym jest podniebienie twarde. Znajomość budowy anatomicznej i histologicznej potencjalnego miejsca dawczego jest niezbędna dla bezpiecznego pozyskiwania tkanki łącznej. Celem pracy było przedstawienie aktualnego piśmiennictwa dotyczącego morfologii błony śluzowej podniebienia twardego, wraz z wymiarami poszczególnych elementów jej struktury, a także ograniczeń anatomicznych, które należy wziąć pod uwagę przy pobieraniu przeszczepu.
Abstract
Autogenous connective tissue grafts are now widely used in periodontal and implant plastic surgery. The hard palate is the most frequently used donor site. Knowledge of the anatomical and histological structure of a potential donor site is essential for the safe connective tissue harvesting. The aim of the article was to present the current literature on the morphology of the hard palate mucosa, with the dimensions of its individual elements, as well as anatomical limitations to which attention should be paid when graft harvesting.

Streszczenie
Przeszczepy autogennej tkanki łącznej są obecnie szeroko stosowane w periodontologiczno-implantologicznej chirurgii plastycznej. Najczęściej wykorzystywanym miejscem dawczym jest podniebienie twarde. Znajomość budowy anatomicznej i histologicznej potencjalnego miejsca dawczego jest niezbędna dla bezpiecznego pozyskiwania tkanki łącznej. Celem pracy było przedstawienie aktualnego piśmiennictwa dotyczącego morfologii błony śluzowej podniebienia twardego, wraz z wymiarami poszczególnych elementów jej struktury, a także ograniczeń anatomicznych, które należy wziąć pod uwagę przy pobieraniu przeszczepu.
Abstract
Autogenous connective tissue grafts are now widely used in periodontal and implant plastic surgery. The hard palate is the most frequently used donor site.
