Streszczenie
Uzupełnienia protetyczne stałe na implantach stanowią obecnie standardowe postępowanie mające na celu rehabilitację pacjentów bezzębnych lub z częściowymi brakami zębowymi. Z tego powodu należy dołożyć wszelkich starań, aby rekonstrukcje wsparte na implantach pod każdym względem odpowiadały najwyższym kryteriom. W dzisiejszej dobie, w XXI wieku, rosną bowiem zarówno funkcjonalne, jak i estetyczne oczekiwania pacjentów. Pacjenci pragną zachować struktury własnych zębów. Aby móc zaplanować i przeprowadzić dobre leczenie, potrzebne są: prawidłowe badanie podmiotowe, przedmiotowe i trafna diagnostyka CBCT. Ustalony w porozumieniu z pacjentem plan leczenia powinien być mu znany i zaakceptowany, a każdy etap jego realizacji kontrolowany i w razie potrzeby korygowany.
W pracy przedstawiono krok po kroku postępowanie terapeutyczne w różnorodnych sytuacjach klinicznych, poczynając od diagnostyki, przez leczenie chirurgiczne i protetyczne, aż do osiągnięcia przewidywalnego wyniku leczenia.
Abstract
Fixed implant‑supported prosthetic restorations are currently the standard rehabilitation procedure for completely or partially edentulous patients. For this reason, every effort should be made to ensure that implant ‑supported restorations meet the highest criteria in every respect. In the 21st century patients are becoming increasingly demanding when it comes to both function and aesthetics. They also care more about saving hard tissue. To be able to plan and provide effective treatment, it is essential that the patient has a proper physical examination, a thorough medical history and an accurate CBCT diagnostics. The treatment plan, established in consultation with the patient, should be known and approved, and each stage of the treatment should be monitored and, if needs, be modified. The article describes the step‑by ‑step therapeutic procedure for a variety of clinical situations, starting from the diagnosis and right through the surgical and
prosthetic treatment stages which should lead to a predictable treatment outcome.
