Streszczenie
Przestrzenne usytuowanie wszczepów jako filarów konstrukcji protetycznych musi być podporządkowane koncepcji docelowego zaopatrzenia protetycznego.
Istotne jest odpowiednie zbadanie i zdiagnozowanie pacjenta przed leczeniem oraz odpowiednie postępowanie przedimplantacyjne, polegające na wyleczeniu stanów patologicznych i uzupełnieniu deficytu kości wyrostka zębodołowego i tkanek miękkich. W trakcie wprowadzania wszczepów ważne jest planowanie miejsc na implanty, przestrzeganie podstawowych zasad dotyczących zachowania odstępu między zębem a wszczepem oraz między dwoma wszczepami, a także respektowanie wzajemnych relacji między brzegiem implantokorony a tkankami miękkimi. W celu przeprowadzenia implantacji niezbędne są odpowiednie narzędzia, wyposażenie gabinetu, sprzęt jednorazowy, diagnostyka radiologiczna i wykwalifikowany personel. W pracy przedstawiono krok po kroku poszczególne etapy postępowania chirurgicznego w trakcie implantacji na podstawie wybranych przypadków klinicznych.
Abstract
The 3D positioning of implants as abutments for prosthetic structures must be oriented according to the needs of targeted prosthetic treatment. Hence, it is very important to ensure the patient is correctly diagnosed prior to treatment and that appropriate pre ‑implantation procedures have been performed, i.e. treating pathologies and augmenting deficits of alveolar bone and soft tissue. During the course of implant placement it is very important to observe the basic rules for maintaining space between the tooth and the implant as well as between two implants, and also to respect the relationship between the implant‑crown margin and soft tissue. Implant placement requires the right tools, dental office equipment, disposable accessories, radiographic diagnostics and qualified staff. The article describes the different stages of surgical procedures during
implant placement based on selected clinical cases.
