Streszczenie
Zapalenie przyzębia to wieloczynnikowa choroba, która może wystąpić również u osób w młodym wieku. Zazwyczaj charakteryzuje się wtedy wysokim tempem progresji i szybką destrukcją tkanek przyzębia, nieadekwatną do wieku i ilości złogów nazębnych. Dodatkową komplikacją, pogarszającą rokowanie, są stany zapalne miazgi i obecność zmian okołowierzchołkowych. Jednak odpowiednio wczesne postawienie trafnej diagnozy i podjęcie intensywnego leczenia, połączone z dobrą współpracą z pacjentem, daje optymistyczne rokowania. Poniższy opis przypadku prezentuje leczenie 28-letniej pacjentki z zapaleniem przyzębia w stadium III i stopniem C, które doprowadziło do remisji choroby i zachowania wszystkich zębów własnych, włącznie z zębem 36 z zespołem endo-perio, pierwotnie zakwalifikowanym do usunięcia.

Abstract
Periodontitis is a multifactorial disease that can also occur in people at a young age. It is usually characterized by a high rate of progression and rapid destruction of periodontal tissues, inadequate to the age and number of dental deposits. An additional complication that worsens the prognosis is inflammation of the pulp and the presence of periapical lesions. However, early diagnosis and intensive treatment, combined with good cooperation with the patient, gives an optimistic prognosis. The following case report presents the treatment of a 28-year-old patient with stage III and stage C periodontitis, which led to remission of the disease and preservation of all her own teeth, including tooth 36 with endo-perio syndrome, originally qualified for extraction.
